Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in building highly performant web applications with excellent user experience.
Preferred knowledge of full-stack technologies such as React, Typescript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and Go.
Extensive experience with a test-driven approach to coding using core full-stack technologies.
Proven experience collaborating with Product & Design teams to create impactful product experiences.
Familiarity with relational databases and key-value stores is required.
Experience in analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing web application performance across the stack.
Demonstrated experience leading modernization efforts for legacy systems.
A strong ability to simplify complex problems and provide actionable solutions.
