Loop is seeking a full-stack Staff Software Engineer to join their engineering team.
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining web applications for the Loop product line while driving technical decisions and ensuring high-quality code.
The engineer will solve complex technical issues for merchants, customers, internal stakeholders, and partners to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities include diagnosing system and team issues, developing automated tests, maintaining a continuous integration and deployment process, and leading engineering best practices.
The engineer will define and enforce technical standards and strategies across the organization to improve code quality and consistency.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience solving complex technical problems at the Staff-level is required.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in building web applications and APIs is essential.
Candidates should evaluate decisions using context to assess trade-offs among multiple implementation options.
Experience in leading effective testing processes and contributing to continuous integration and deployment is necessary.

The position offers a salary range of $165,600 - $227,600 per year, with adjustments based on experience, location, and market demands.
