Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in full stack development, specifically delivering customer-facing components used by multiple product teams.
Prior experience on a platform team is required.
Applicants should have served as a technical lead for large projects lasting over 6 months, including defining roadmaps for complex projects across teams.
Experience in building successful SaaS product foundations for both startups and enterprise users is necessary.
Candidates should have a track record of mentoring and uplifting engineering teams.
Experience in rapidly scaling startups and large companies, particularly in environments that prioritize a bias for action, is essential.
