Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in product-driven backend engineering, with significant experience in distributed systems, platform engineering, or embedded systems.
Expert-level proficiency in Go and experience architecting large-scale Go applications is necessary.
Deep experience with messaging systems (MQTT, Kafka, Nats) and the ability to make informed decisions about system trade-offs is required.
Extensive experience with deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and the ability to design and implement custom deployment strategies for complex distributed architectures is essential.
A proven track record of leading technical initiatives across multiple teams and mentoring senior engineers is expected.
Experience with system performance optimization, scalability challenges, and edge computing environments is required.
