Requirements:

• Candidates must have 10+ years of software engineering experience in systems or backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Rust is required, or deep expertise in another systems-level language with the ability to pivot.
• Experience with parallel computing frameworks (OpenMP, CUDA, MPI, etc.) or distributed compute infrastructure is necessary.
• A track record of shipping scalable, secure production systems is essential.
• Candidates should possess strong architectural instincts with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and performance.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
