The role involves collaborating with product owners to understand detailed requirements and taking ownership of code from design through to delivery of high-quality products.
The engineer will design user-friendly software that allows customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their needs.
Contributions to the design and implementation of new products and features, as well as enhancements to existing products, are expected.
Mentoring colleagues and promoting knowledge-sharing within the team is also a key aspect of the role.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools and automating workflows.
Experience in Prompt Engineering and Gen AI is required.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Cursor and Windsurf is a plus.
A minimum of 6 years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language is necessary.
A passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, along with a focus on reusability and componentization, is essential.
Candidates should have experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
Proficiency in modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue is required.
Strong analytical and design skills are necessary.
The ability to manage projects with significant technical risk at a team level is expected.

The position offers a base pay range of $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
