Requirements:

  • Candidates must have experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools and automating workflows.
  • Experience in Prompt Engineering and Gen AI is required.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Cursor and Windsurf is a plus.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language is necessary.
  • A passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, along with a focus on reusability and componentization, is essential.
  • Candidates should have experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
  • Proficiency in modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue is required.
  • Strong analytical and design skills are necessary.
  • The ability to manage projects with significant technical risk at a team level is expected.

  • The position offers a base pay range of $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
