Requirements:

  • The candidate must have 10+ years of hands-on software quality assurance and testing experience, preferably in web and mobile applications.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in test automation development (UI and API) is required.
  • Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts is necessary, with proficiency in C# and JavaScript.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, XPath, and other web testing technologies is essential.
  • Familiarity with code deployments, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.) is required.
  • A strong understanding of the Test Pyramid and Agile Test Quadrants concepts is needed.
  • A BS in Computer Science or a related engineering field is preferred.
  • The candidate must be able to multitask, triage issues, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while knowing when to seek guidance are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring team members are required.
