• Providing objective and helpful quarterly performance feedback for engineers is also part of the role.

Requirements:

• A strong background in working with MongoDB at scale is required.
• The candidate should have an interest in building features with performance, accessibility, and scalability in mind.
• A strong product sense with the ability to negotiate the right MVP is necessary.
• The ability to write comprehensive, well-structured, and highly performant code is required.
• A robust understanding of working on message queues and background jobs is essential.
• Experience with monitoring and metrics gathering tools such as GCP Logs, Prometheus, and NewRelic is required.
