Remote Staff UI Engineer (India or US)

Description:

• This position is for a Staff UI Engineer at Nexla, available in the United States or India.
• The role involves leading the architecture and development of user interfaces that facilitate complex data operations in enterprise environments.
• The engineer will build scalable, no-code, and low-code tools to simplify data integration for users with varying technical backgrounds.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• A minimum of 5+ years of advanced experience with React, including hooks, context, and state management libraries, is required.
• A proven track record in a senior or staff-level engineering role with architectural responsibilities is necessary.
• Strong skills in building responsive and accessible interfaces, as well as managing complex UI states, are essential.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Recharts) and frontend testing frameworks is required.
• A deep understanding of web performance optimization, frontend build tools, and design systems is necessary.
• Familiarity with API integration, GraphQL, REST, and real-time technologies like WebSockets is required.
• A background in building developer tools, no-code/low-code platforms, or enterprise applications is a bonus.
