The Strategic Data Analyst supports data-driven decision-making across the organization by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to inform high-impact business strategies.
This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate trends, and develop predictive models that drive operational efficiency and strategic planning.
The analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through clear reporting, dashboards, and visualizations.
A deep understanding of data architecture, analytical tools, and business processes is essential to support organizational goals and guide long-term initiatives.
Essential duties include analyzing complex datasets, conducting ROI analysis, monitoring key business metrics, and translating findings into reports for senior leadership.
The analyst will also conduct cost-benefit analyses, evaluate ROI for service models, and provide recommendations on resource allocation.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or strategy-focused role is necessary.
Demonstrated experience working with large datasets, performing data modeling, and developing analytical solutions to solve business problems is required.
Prior experience supporting strategic initiatives, project planning, or operational analysis in a corporate environment is essential.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Salesforce, Jira, and Tableau is required.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros, is necessary.
An understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, and data mining techniques is required.
The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, is necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication.
