  • The Strategic Data Analyst supports data-driven decision-making across the organization by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to inform high-impact business strategies.
  • This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate trends, and develop predictive models that drive operational efficiency and strategic planning.
  • The analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through clear reporting, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • A deep understanding of data architecture, analytical tools, and business processes is essential to support organizational goals and guide long-term initiatives.
  • Essential duties include analyzing complex datasets, conducting ROI analysis, monitoring key business metrics, and translating findings into reports for senior leadership.
  • The analyst will also conduct cost-benefit analyses, evaluate ROI for service models, and provide recommendations on resource allocation.
  • Responsibilities include developing dashboards, supporting strategic planning efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving data integrity and processes.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be eligible for US employment without sponsorship.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or strategy-focused role is necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets, performing data modeling, and developing analytical solutions to solve business problems is required.
  • Prior experience supporting strategic initiatives, project planning, or operational analysis in a corporate environment is essential.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Salesforce, Jira, and Tableau is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros, is necessary.
  • An understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, and data mining techniques is required.
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, is necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication.
