Requirements:

  • The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in a senior Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consulting role focused on enterprise clients.
  • Proven success in engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders at large financial institutions or digital consumer platforms is required.
  • Experience in leading strategic discovery and complex solution design engagements for API-based SaaS or fintech products is necessary.
  • Fluency with modern API ecosystems and developer tools such as Postman and RESTful APIs is essential.
  • Experience using Figma or similar tools to prototype and communicate design/UX concepts is required.
  • A consultative, client-first approach paired with a product-centric mindset is necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal storytelling abilities tailored to both technical and executive audiences are required.
  • A track record of thriving in ambiguous, high-stakes sales cycles with multiple stakeholders is essential.
  • The candidate should believe that AI is reshaping work and instinctively use it to accelerate their tasks.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in fintech, consumer banking, or data infrastructure, background in implementation consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering at a high-growth B2B company, and experience scaling sales engineering for complex multi-product platforms.
