Remote System administrator (HelpDesk)

Description:

• Responsibilities include performing system and application updates, managing tickets and prioritizing tasks, providing user support by resolving issues, procuring equipment, and conducting audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 1.5 to 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MacOS, Linux, or Windows operating systems is required.
• Familiarity with communication tools such as Mattermost or Slack is necessary.
• Experience with backup systems and network diagnostic programs is essential.
• Knowledge of antivirus software and mail software is required.
• A solid understanding of network security concepts is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience in configuring firewalls and setting up VPNs.
• Familiarity with intrusion detection systems is a plus.
• A conversational level of the Ukrainian language is required.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) in speaking and writing is necessary.
• A degree in a related field or completion of relevant system administration courses will be considered a plus.
