The System Engineer will install and maintain all IBM mainframe Data Center equipment, including Hardware Configuration Data (HCD), Mainframe Disaster Recovery, IBM Z Series hardware, and the z/OS operating system.
The role requires proficiency in COBOL, PL/I, Assembler, JCL (Job Control Language), DB2, and IMS DB.
Candidates must have demonstrated hardware management experience with various products.
The engineer will monitor production and development environments to ensure hardware is functioning as designed.
