Remote System Engineer (Communication)

Description:

• The position involves participation in ICT and UCC projects, as well as independently completing assigned project tasks.
• Responsibilities include receiving and processing inquiries and fault reports.
• The role requires conducting simple diagnostics to identify and address problems.
• Support requests for more complex challenges will be directed to 2nd Level Support.
• The candidate will assist customer teams both remotely and on-site.
• It is essential to document technical inquiries and their solutions, as well as maintain customer documentation.

Requirements:

• A degree in telematics or computer science is required.
• The candidate must possess analytical thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and a meticulous work ethic.
• A sense of responsibility is essential for this role.
• High social and methodological competence, along with a service-oriented mindset, is necessary.
• The ability to quickly grasp complex processes is important.
