  • Strong knowledge of Azure networking, ExpressRoute, role-based access, and container management (Docker/Kubernetes) is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365, Exchange, Teams Calling, Intune, and Endpoint Management is essential.
  • Candidates should be skilled in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform) and automation tools (Chef, Puppet, SCCM, Ansible).
  • Proficiency in IAM, cloud security tools, and compliance frameworks such as PCI, ISO 27001, or SOX is needed.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), or Azure Security Engineer Associate are preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
