The position involves working closely with the sales team to promote Veeam's product offerings to partners, resellers, and end-users.
The role requires significant travel within the assigned region.
Responsibilities include conducting presentations and demonstrations at live and virtual customer meetings.
The consultant will implement and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) to technical closure.
Support lead generation activities such as events, webinars, and user groups.
Collaborate with customers and partners to define and implement business goals into technical requirements.
Provide independent consulting to customers, offering technical expertise in data protection.
Work closely with the sales department to acquire new partners and customers.
Collaborate with product management to gather customer feedback.
Assist customers pre-sale in evaluating Veeam software.
Requirements:
Proven experience in solution sales and/or technical pre-sales is preferred.
Industry experience with data protection technologies is required.
Experience in storage, networking, and/or cloud technologies is highly desirable.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and frameworks is necessary.
Proven experience with virtualization technologies is required.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited instructions; a motivated personality capable of quickly learning new technologies.
Adaptability to changing tasks and responsibilities is essential.
A VMCE certification is a plus; employees have the opportunity to obtain VMCE and VMCA certifications after starting the position.
Willingness to travel is required.
