You will shape the data landscape of a rapidly growing SaaS scale-up from the ground up and create real business impact.
You will build a strong data team, expanding the current Data Core Team from 3 to 4-5 members, and develop a robust data culture within the company.
You will define the data roadmap and set new standards for data-driven decisions in departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
You will translate complex requirements into concrete solutions and actively participate when necessary.
Your analyses and dashboards will determine the success of our go-to-market strategies, from lead generation to churn prediction.
You will develop robust, scalable data pipelines and models with your team, ideally using dbt, which will serve as the foundation for all analytics.
You will coordinate complex data projects across departments, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
You have successfully built and led data teams, ideally in a SaaS environment.
You possess technical expertise in SQL and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) as well as modern BI tools; knowledge of dbt is a significant plus.
You have an analytical mindset, think solution-oriented, and can approach complex data challenges in a structured manner.
You understand how data creates real business value and can engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to write code or conduct complex analyses yourself.
You can translate data into understandable stories and help departments work in a data-driven manner.
Knowledge of Python/R is a nice-to-have.
