  • We are looking for a Team Lead who can code approximately 70% of the time and lead 30% of the time.
  • The Team Lead will guide a remote team of 5, which includes 3 Developers, 1 QA, and 1 DevOps, while shipping production-ready Node.js every week.
  • The role involves building and scaling high-impact systems, leading and mentoring a growing team, and embracing AI-assisted development.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing remote teams and working with high-traffic platforms.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring remote teams of developers in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Node.js in backend development is required, along with some TypeScript experience.
  • The candidate should have a proven track record of working with high-traffic platforms and scalable systems.
  • Comfort or openness to operating outside managed cloud environments, such as bare-metal, self-hosted, or hybrid setups, is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and adaptability to translate business needs into technical solutions are essential.
  • The candidate should be open to adopting AI-assisted coding tools and modern development practices.
  • A communicative level of English (B2) is required.
