• Responsibilities include designing and developing technical solutions using modern technologies, managing cloud infrastructure, integrating LLMs, collaborating with other teams, providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, and keeping up with technology trends.

Requirements:

• A highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead with demonstrable experience developing with React and NextJS for modern frontend applications.
• Advanced command of TypeScript and experience building scalable applications.
• Strong experience in backend development using NestJS and building RESTful APIs using Python/FastAPI.
• Experience working with AWS, including services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), preferably with OpenAI and tools like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Deep knowledge of Clean Architecture and software design patterns.
• Experience leading development teams, making key technical decisions, and managing projects.
• Ability to solve complex problems and guide the team in implementing effective solutions.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and promote best practices in the team.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish (both written and verbal), and English is a plus.
• Desirable skills include knowledge of Docker and CI/CD, familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, experience in Agile environments, and knowledge of Machine Learning.
