The Tech Lead - Compliance will design, implement, and maintain the technical architecture for a compliance platform built on Google Cloud Platform.
The role involves writing code in Go and Node.js and participating actively in code reviews using Github.
The Tech Lead will identify and assess future technical requirements of the platform and develop actionable plans to meet those needs.
The position includes coaching engineers to help them grow personally and professionally and providing day-to-day technical oversight for their team.
The Tech Lead will drive engineering excellence and work with different stakeholders to achieve business goals.
The position allows for telecommuting with up to 10% in-office attendance for sales team meetings in the New York office, and domestic travel up to 10% of the time is required to metropolitan areas such as San Francisco, CA; Austin, TX; and Miami, FL.
Requirements:
A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
The candidate must have at least three (3) years of experience in building scalable backend systems.
Experience in Financial Services and Compliance is necessary.
Proficiency in Go and Node.js programming languages is required.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is essential.
The candidate should have technical leadership experience.
Experience working with web crawlers is required.
Knowledge of dashboard architecture is necessary.
