The Tech Lead Engineer will take ownership of technical leadership within projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with senior team members.
Responsibilities include independently designing and implementing technical architecture for complex projects, leading a cross-functional team, and coordinating with external stakeholders.
The role requires ensuring high standards of delivery quality, driving communication with clients, and supporting the growth and development of the engineering team through mentorship.
The position involves working in Agile environments and participating in Discovery phases to define and lead architecture and technical strategy across projects.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in engineering or tech leadership roles, with at least 2-3 years in a Lead position within product or startup teams.
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and strong backend and frontend experience (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, React) is required.
A solid understanding of QA and DevOps practices, security, and documentation is necessary.
Experience in regulated industries such as HealthTech or FinTech is considered a strong plus.
Candidates should possess an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English for comfortable client-facing communication.
