Requirements:

Deep database expertise, particularly in relational databases (SQL), query optimization, and performance trade-offs.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, and backend foundations, including APIs and Node.js/TypeScript.
Ability to prioritize high-impact problems, make pragmatic decisions, and lead through influence.
Working knowledge of frontend technologies (React) and strong communication skills to explain technical trade-offs.
