• The main responsibilities include managing and aligning the development/QA team to meet client expectations, reviewing code to ensure quality standards, implementing best development practices, guaranteeing coverage of functional and non-functional requirements, documenting the project technically for continuity, facilitating communication among developers, UX, product, and clients, and identifying and strengthening the technical capabilities of the team.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields is required.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Technical Lead or in an equivalent role is necessary.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams is essential.
• Proficiency in software architecture, SOLID principles, and agile methodologies is required.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is necessary.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices is desirable.
