As a Tech Lead, you will oversee senior technical teams (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, Data) to ensure adherence to defined quality, security, and best practice standards.

Requirements:
You must have over 6 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in technical leadership roles.
Experience in supervising code and security in complex projects is required.
A general knowledge of backend and frontend technologies is ideal, particularly in Node.js and React.
Familiarity with scalable architectures and project management across multiple technology stacks is necessary.
Experience with quality control, testing, CI/CD, and security is essential.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and agile methodologies is required.
Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with technical teams and stakeholders.
You should possess leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset is essential.
Adaptability to work with various technologies in dynamic environments is required.
Willingness to engage in technical aspects to advance in resolving blockages is necessary.
