  • A minimum of 3–5 years in an engineering leadership role is required.
  • A successful track record managing teams of 15–25 engineers is essential.
  • Candidates should have the ability to lead in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
  • Proficiency in Russian (native) and English (C1+) is required.
