Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years of software development experience, preferably with Python.
Strong Linux expertise is required, including internals and system-level understanding.
Deep experience with automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure tooling is necessary.
A minimum of 3–5 years in an engineering leadership role is required.
A successful track record managing teams of 15–25 engineers is essential.
Candidates should have the ability to lead in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
Proficiency in Russian (native) and English (C1+) is required.
