Requirements:
Candidates must be fluent in Portuguese and have advanced English skills.
Previous experience in a Tech Lead position is required.
Strong hands-on experience with the Java platform, relational databases, and automated testing in Unix-based environments is essential.
Relevant cloud platform experience, preferably with AWS, is necessary.
A solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns is required.
Candidates should have knowledge of test-driven development and unit testing techniques.
Familiarity with distributed systems development, cloud computing, and the use of IaaS is expected.
