  • Advanced skills in risk analysis and designing controls to minimize risk are necessary.
  • Previous experience in automating IT processes is essential.
  • Nice to have skills include advanced experience with Okta, Microsoft Azure, and Jira Service Desk, as well as scripting experience with Mac and Jamf.
