The Technical Lead will guide a team of engineers in delivering transformative digital solutions for a strategic client’s network operations function.

Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or delivery management role is required.
Proven experience in delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions across hybrid onshore/offshore teams is essential.
Strong expertise in modern development frameworks and tools such as Node.js, React, Python, Snowflake, and PostgreSQL is necessary.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to translate technical ideas into business value.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with supply chain or telecom network operations software, experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery role, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and complex stakeholder environments.
