You will adopt a technology-agnostic approach to define the technical architecture, confidently proposing appropriate frameworks, languages, and platforms.
You will provide accurate technical estimates and work closely with project managers to develop a detailed delivery plan that accounts for technical dependencies and mitigates risk.
You will lead and oversee technical delivery, guiding the team to success and presenting appropriate solutions to clients as their primary technical contact.
You will collaborate with designers to ensure creative concepts are executed to spec, maintaining visual consistency, polish, and motion detail.
You will ensure a high level of technical quality is maintained across projects from discovery to launch and enforce best practices across accessibility, security, and performance.
You will support the development team in delivering technical output through active involvement in hands-on front-end and back-end development, implementing thoughtful, performance-conscious animation and transitions, and performing deployment and basic DevOps tasks as required.
You will suggest ideas that improve output, working methods, and cultural activities, engaging those around you to bring about the best outcome and regularly sharing best technology practices and inspiration.

Requirements:
You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role within a digital agency.
You should possess full-stack development skills with a flexible tech-agnostic mindset.
You must have experience in mentorship and team management.
You should be knowledgeable in frontend languages such as HTML, CSS/SCSS/Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Next, or Vue.
Some experience with backend languages such as Node.js, PHP, or JAVA is required.
You must have strong knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem and experience with animation for the web (e.g., CSS animations, GSAP, Framer, Motion.js, Lottie).
You should be familiar with API integration, GIT workflows, CI/CD automation, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
An understanding of software design patterns is also required.
