The Engineering & Data Management function designs, builds, and deploys software products for a wide range of financial market clients, focusing on the fund data value chain.
Key responsibilities include providing technical direction and leadership across product development and release cycles.
The role involves designing and developing web-based applications integrated with backend systems using modern frameworks.
The Technical Lead will maintain and evolve system architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities also include leading code reviews, coaching developers, and enforcing development best practices.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions and manage system alerts.
The Technical Lead will drive the adoption of AI tools and practices to enhance development efficiency and innovation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience with PHP and Laravel, with deep expertise in object-oriented design.
Strong proficiency in Vue3, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Redis and MySQL is required.
Applicants should be confident working with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and Azure-based development and delivery.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps tooling like Azure DevOps and NuGet is necessary.
Prior experience working extensively with AI tools such as Devin, Replit, and Co-pilot is a must.
