- Key responsibilities include providing technical direction and leadership across product development and release cycles.
- The role involves designing and developing web-based applications integrated with backend systems using modern frameworks.
- The Technical Lead will maintain and evolve system architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Responsibilities also include leading code reviews, coaching developers, and enforcing development best practices.
- The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions and manage system alerts.
- The Technical Lead will drive the adoption of AI tools and practices to enhance development efficiency and innovation.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience with PHP and Laravel, with deep expertise in object-oriented design.
- Strong proficiency in Vue3, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Redis and MySQL is required.
- Applicants should be confident working with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and Azure-based development and delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps tooling like Azure DevOps and NuGet is necessary.
- Prior experience working extensively with AI tools such as Devin, Replit, and Co-pilot is a must.
