The role involves joining a small, distributed team of five engineers and playing a key role in shaping the backend and frontend architecture of an AI-driven platform.
This is a hands-on individual contributor (IC) role with leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities include leading the design and development of scalable features across the Python backend and TypeScript frontend.
The Technical Lead will translate product requirements into clear, actionable technical plans.

The role requires ensuring code quality through best practices, mentorship, and robust review processes.
The Technical Lead will drive architectural decisions and help define the technical roadmap.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of professional software development experience, including full-stack or backend-heavy roles.
A proven ability to lead projects and influence architectural decisions in fast-paced environments is required.
Strong experience with Python and TypeScript is essential.
Experience in building and scaling cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or similar) is necessary.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are required, with experience working across time zones.
Candidates should be comfortable balancing long-term technical vision with the urgency of startup execution.
Fluent English skills are mandatory.
