Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years of software development experience, preferably with Python.

Deep experience with automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure tooling is essential.
A minimum of 3–5 years in an engineering leadership role is necessary.
A successful track record of managing teams of 15–25 engineers is required.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
Proficiency in Russian (native) and English (C1+) is mandatory.
