This position is for a Technical Lead, WMS at Fullscript, located in the United States, and is a remote opportunity.
The role involves leading a team of developers and administrators to guide the future of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) platform.
The Technical Lead will make strategic technical decisions and enhance operational performance through automation and architecture.
Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and operations leaders is essential to ensure the WMS platform scales with business demands.

Key accountabilities include serving as the technical authority for the WMS platform, leading and mentoring the team, integrating automation and new capabilities, executing the WMS roadmap, maintaining platform stability, and defining key performance metrics.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in WMS or enterprise systems within fulfillment environments, is required.
Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring technical teams is essential.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL development, and systems architecture is necessary; experience with HighJump/K.Motion is a strong asset.
Candidates should be skilled in Agile methodologies, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
The ability to collaborate cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders, particularly in operations, is important.
Experience with API integrations, system scaling, and data modeling is required.
Familiarity with AI-driven development tools is considered a plus.
Strong communication and decision-making skills with a bias for ownership and action are essential.
