Teamified is seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead to guide and mentor a high-performing development team while actively contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of their platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Payments, .NET Core, Java, and AWS, and a passion for solving complex problems with scalable, maintainable solutions.
The Technical Lead will ensure the technical direction aligns with business goals while fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Responsibilities include leading end-to-end development and delivery of robust software solutions, acting as a hands-on contributor and technical mentor, designing and implementing scalable backend systems, supporting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding team members on frontend and mobile technologies, assisting in evaluating AI/ML technologies, and ensuring best practices in software engineering are followed.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
A strong understanding of the payments industry, including payment gateways, transaction workflows, and security standards is required.
Proven experience with .NET Core for building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications is essential.
Backend development expertise in Java is also required.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services for cloud-native development and deployments is necessary.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically Jenkins setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting is a must.
Basic scripting skills in Unix/Shell (Bash) to support build and deployment processes are required.
Proficiency in SQL for writing queries and optimizing relational databases is necessary.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation are essential.
