We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead – Visual Analytics to join our Data & Analytics team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools—particularly Tableau.
The Technical Lead will lead end-to-end visualization projects, mentor a team, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
You will develop intuitive and impactful visual dashboards and analytical solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights.
Collaboration with data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and executive leadership is essential to ensure visual solutions align with strategic business goals.
Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated dashboards, defining the visual analytics roadmap, mentoring junior analysts, and managing Tableau Server and Online environments.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data visualization and analytics with a strong portfolio of dashboard and reporting solutions is necessary.
Expert-level proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server is essential.
A strong foundation in data storytelling, UX principles, and designing dashboards for executive consumption is required.
Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database connectivity is necessary.
Experience working with large datasets and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
The ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions using visual tools is essential.

The salary range for this position is Rs 1500000 - Rs 3200000 (INR 15-32 LPA).
