The Partner Support Team works closely with all engineering teams to identify, analyze, and resolve bugs to allow the organization to focus on new product development.
The Technical Solutions Engineer will report to the Partner Support Manager and is open to remote work within the contiguous US.
The role involves diagnosing and resolving issues with digital life insurance products, collaborating with product engineers, product managers, and customer experience teams.
Responsibilities include working with internal and external engineers to provide bug fixes, coordinating with product managers for enhancements, maintaining documentation, and monitoring services to ensure product usability.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of full-stack professional software development experience, preferably in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in debugging and optimizing APIs and querying data sets using SQL is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is necessary.
Experience with formal ticketing systems such as Jira, Salesforce, or ZenDesk is required.
Candidates should have a passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic market.
Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Slack) is preferred.
Familiarity with APIs and/or event-driven systems is considered a strong plus.
