The company is seeking a talented Testing Automation Engineer (QA Automation Engineer) with significant experience in Data Analytics to join their dynamic digital team.
The engineer will be a key player in shaping ongoing projects related to dashboards and data quality.
Responsibilities include automating and maintaining regression tests, building features to integrate the framework with testing management tools like Jira and XRAy, and building pipelines into CI/CD cycles for regular execution.
The engineer will assess the best testing automation framework for business needs, analyze project context needs, and collect current technologies for potential setup.
They will also build a business case for selected technologies, lead the implementation and integration of the framework, and ensure alignment with other teams such as development and devsecops.
Requirements:
Candidates must have over 6 years of professional experience in testing automation for data visualization and data quality.
The ability to work effectively with virtual teams is essential.
Experience with multiple e-commerce solutions, particularly in multi-market and/or multi-channel platforms, is required.
Proven experience working with various database sources is necessary.
Candidates should be accustomed to working in a multicultural corporate environment and have a track record of continuous improvement.
Experience in coaching others is also required.
Mastery of English, both oral and written, is essential.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and a strategic mindset are important.
Knowledge of several technologies such as Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, Ranorex, UFT, UIpath, Tricentis, and TestComplete is required.
Candidates should have outstanding coding skills in languages like Java, Javascript, VBScript, TypeScript, and C#.
An understanding of complex IS architecture and web services, along with accuracy and attention to detail, is necessary.
A team spirit and collaborative attitude are essential.
