Alabama Solutions is looking for a UX Data Analyst to join their business unit, HNDevs.
This is a part-time, term contractor position.
The candidate must be able to work US Eastern Time from 9 am to 1 pm.
The contract is for two months and may be extendable depending on the client's needs.
E-commerce and Shopify experience is a must.
English fluency, both oral and written, is required.
The role involves analyzing user behavior to drive performance gains, extracting insights, identifying friction in the customer journey, and driving conversion through measurable improvements.
Responsibilities include analyzing user behavior using Google Analytics and Shopify, defining and tracking KPIs, conducting journey mapping and funnel analysis, collaborating with developers for event tagging, planning and executing A/B tests, reporting on test outcomes, communicating insights to clients, and supporting design decisions with behavioral data.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 4 to 7 years of experience in e-commerce and data analytics.
Mastery of Google Analytics, Shopify, and A/B testing platforms is required.
A strong foundation in quantitative analysis, statistics, and data visualization is necessary.
The candidate should be comfortable crafting hypotheses and testing design variations.
Experience in creating and presenting reports that influence product decisions is essential.
A solid understanding of user behavior, heuristics, and UX best practices is required.
The candidate must be able to work across design, development, and project management teams.
Comfort in fast-paced environments and managing multiple client accounts is necessary.
Familiarity with tools to build basic UX artifacts is a plus.
