Zscaler is seeking a Velocity Sales Engineer to join their Americas Field Sales team based in Costa Rica.
The role involves responding to inbound requests from Zscaler partner business managers, partners, or distribution for assistance on first calls, demos, or other technical pre-sales activities.
The Sales Engineer will provide technical influence and guidance to the partner community, focusing on regional resellers and distribution partners.
Responsibilities include assisting partners through education, co-selling activities, and solutions demo center labs.
The position requires educating partners via training classes, architecture workshops, and other awareness activities, emphasizing the outcomes of these activities.
The Sales Engineer will work closely with other Velocity team members on in-theater engagement with partners.
Travel up to 10% is required to support partner engagements, industry events, and internal development.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required for this position.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Pre-sales, or Systems Integrator.
Knowledge of network security technologies is essential.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
