Remote Vietnam, Technical Solution Engineer

Description:

• The Technical Solution Engineer will design, consult, tune, and deploy CDNetworks Services for customers.
• This role involves collaborating with the software development and operations teams of customers to ensure seamless integration and operation.
• The engineer will support customers during the Proof of Concept (POC) phase and contract signing.
• They will present and support customers using CDNetworks services in an advanced manner.
• The position requires building tenders and documents for compliance purposes.
• Troubleshooting customer issues and cooperating with the backend team to build solutions is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting system integration, CDN, and Cloud Security.
• Proficiency in CDN platforms such as Cloudflare, AWS Cloudfront, and Akamai is essential.
• A strong knowledge of CDN (media streaming) and cyber security is necessary.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python and Bash, is required.
• An in-depth understanding of Internet systems, networking, DNS, HTTP, and reverse proxy is crucial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are expected.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for this role.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Experience with coding in languages such as Javascript, Go, Python, and C# is considered a plus.
