We are looking for a highly organized and versatile Web Site Designer to take ownership of designing and launching a suite of websites across multiple brands and businesses.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute quickly, requires minimal oversight, and understands how to balance performance, aesthetics, and brand coherence.
You will be responsible for translating high-level direction into functioning websites using modern tools and platforms (e.g. Webflow, Wix, or custom-coded frontends where necessary).
Responsibilities include designing, building, and launching multiple brand websites (3–6+).
You will collaborate on content, structure, and design direction.
You will choose and implement appropriate CMS or tech stack based on business need.
You must ensure responsive design and basic SEO best practices.
You will integrate essential features such as lead forms, contact pages, newsletter signup, and analytics.
You will manage and document hosting/domain/DNS setup and handoff.
Ongoing support for updates or changes is optional and negotiable.
A strong portfolio of clean, responsive, modern websites is required.
Proficiency with platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Wix, or custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) is necessary.
You must have the ability to work fast and independently with minimal guidance.
Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
A UX sensibility and the ability to interpret brand tone visually are required.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, email integrations, and SEO basics is necessary.
