Requirements:

  • The candidate must have 3-5 years of proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of live Webflow projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in the Webflow platform, including the Designer, interactions/animations, and CMS is required.
  • Demonstrable experience converting Figma or similar design tool mockups into functional websites is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and the box model is essential, with basic JavaScript/jQuery knowledge being a plus.
  • Experience integrating third-party tools and APIs with Webflow, particularly for lead generation and marketing automation, is required.
  • Familiarity with implementing and managing web analytics and tracking tags, such as GA4 and GTM, is necessary.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to creating a high-quality user experience for both desktop and mobile formats is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines are required.
  • Experience with custom code implementation within Webflow for advanced functionality is necessary.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement them in Webflow is required.
  • Experience with website migration projects, including managing 301 redirects, is necessary.
  • Experience working with integrations such as Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is a plus.
