Resi Media, LLC, a Pushpay company, is seeking a talented Web Developer & SEO Specialist to join their team.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining website pages while implementing SEO best practices to optimize site performance.
The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office per week in Allen, TX, or remote work from approved states.
Responsibilities include web development tasks such as creating responsive and user-friendly pages, collaborating with design and content teams, optimizing website performance, managing CMS systems, and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies.
SEO responsibilities include conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO best practices, improving technical SEO, monitoring website analytics, and collaborating with content teams for SEO alignment.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in web development and SEO.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern web development frameworks is necessary.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush is required.
A solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot code issues are needed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are important.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is preferred.
Experience working with or marketing to churches, religious organizations, or non-profits is a plus.
