Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in web development and SEO.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern web development frameworks is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush is required.
  • A solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot code issues are needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are important.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is preferred.
  • Experience working with or marketing to churches, religious organizations, or non-profits is a plus.
