  • As a Web Developer, your primary goal will be to execute high-quality, custom web development projects within defined timeframes.
  • You will need to demonstrate fluency in English and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Daily responsibilities include building 5-7 page custom websites within 72-80 hours, creating landing pages/funnels within 36-48 hours, completing updates and change requests on time, logging daily updates for active tickets, attending daily stand-up meetings, supporting teammates, maintaining a positive mindset, providing feedback with solutions, and continuously improving through daily habits.
  • Monthly, you will deliver at least one internal training on custom development and participate in monthly check-ins with the Project Manager.
  • Quarterly, you will complete at least one internal course relevant to development or digital marketing and attend quarterly team meetings.
  • Per semester, you will participate in performance evaluations, show measurable improvement in identified areas, and read a book or take a course related to leadership, development, or personal growth.
  • Responsibilities may evolve with the role.

Requirements:

  • You must have 3-5 years of experience in Web Development and a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript is required.
  • Experience with custom theme/plugin builds using AI tools such as Lovable, Cursor, or VO is necessary.
  • Strong experience with Elementor, Shopify, and WooCommerce is also required.
  • You must possess fluent English communication skills.
  • Soft skills needed include strong teamwork and communication, flexibility and adaptability, excellent time management, a positive attitude toward feedback, and problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field is preferred, while postgraduate or certification in Web Development or Marketing is a plus.
  • Technical requirements include having a computer with Intel® Core™ i7 or higher, 16GB+ RAM, stable broadband internet (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download), and high-quality noise-canceling headset & HD webcam.
