• Responsibilities include building complete WordPress websites from brief to launch, rapidly executing updates, troubleshooting issues across WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix, and implementing client feedback.
• The developer/designer will maintain website performance, design consistency, and SEO-friendly structure, and make smart design choices when briefs are incomplete.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of professional experience with WordPress and plug-ins.
• A strong portfolio showcasing WordPress sites designed and built entirely by the candidate is required.
• English communication skills are necessary for reading and writing site copy clearly.
• Experience with Squarespace, Wix, or other CMS platforms is preferred.
• Candidates should be action-first, self-sufficient, and proactive, requiring minimal hand-holding.
• Fast execution and highly organized communication skills are essential.

Benefits:

• The position offers a salary of $2,500 USD monthly.
• Candidates must be able to work full-time CST hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm CST).
