Remote WordPress Developer Trainee (Practicas)

Description:

• Multiplica is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join as a WordPress Developer Trainee.
• The position is part of a collaborative development team focused on professional growth.
• Responsibilities include supporting the creation of WordPress sites from scratch, including design, installation, configuration, and customization.
• The trainee will assist in managing, maintaining, and optimizing existing sites.
• Participation in the implementation of both custom and third-party themes and plugins is required.
• Collaboration with UX/UI designers and other developers to translate designs into functional interfaces is expected.
• The trainee will contribute to the technical quality of projects by applying best practices in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Involvement in technical proposals for new projects and clients is part of the role.
• The use of version control tools (Git) and design tools (Figma) will be integrated into the workflow.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have training in web development, computer science, or a similar field (either ongoing or recently completed).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of WordPress, including CMS management, installation, plugins, and themes, is required.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is necessary.
• Knowledge of PHP as it relates to WordPress is essential.
• The ability to work with tools such as Git, Figma, and in collaborative environments is required.
