ButterflyMX is seeking a high-impact AI Solutions Lead to spearhead a company-wide transformation initiative focused on leveraging AI technologies for productivity and efficiency gains.
The role involves launching and leading an AI Solutions team to deliver immediate business value and executing high-impact AI use cases.
Responsibilities include prototyping and delivering solutions using modern AI platforms, driving adoption through partnerships and training, and acting as a liaison between executives and technical teams.
The AI Solutions Lead will establish an operating model for AI adoption, partner with data teams, maintain a backlog of AI initiatives, and lead workshops to enhance organizational fluency in AI.
The position requires staying current on AI trends and collaborating with various teams to ensure responsible AI deployments.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven success as a technical individual contributor with hands-on experience in building software or automation tools.
Familiarity with modern AI tooling and frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, and GPTs is essential.
A track record of independently scoping and delivering impactful technical solutions in ambiguous environments is required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to engage effectively with both executives and frontline individual contributors.
A strategic and analytical mindset is needed, along with strong product sense to identify high-leverage ideas.
