Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on machine learning experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in building products using natural language processing or sequence modeling is required.
Relevant experience includes developing code generation ML products, building end-to-end semantic information extraction systems, and delivering question-answering models.
Candidates should have built architectures for end-to-end real-time ML-enabled products.
A solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design is necessary, along with strong analytical and debugging skills.
Great problem-solving skills and comfort in agile, iterative development cycles are essential.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to work in a fast-moving startup environment are important.
A Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with OpenAI models, big-data processing engines, compiler development, and a postgraduate degree or PhD.
