The Applied AI Engineer will work with customers to design, build, and deploy AI Assistants using the AI Studio toolkit.
Responsibilities include building AI Assistants, engaging with customers to understand their needs, continuously improving AI solutions, and advising on AI strategies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in application development of technical products, with at least 1 year in developing conversational experiences.
A degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Experience in designing conversational user experiences for complex business use cases is necessary.
Candidates should be skilled in preparing, indexing, and searching reference data for AI pipelines using vector databases.
Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques, including zero and few-shot learning, classification, and fact-checking is required.
Experience in managing AI orchestration, including prompt pipelines, APIs, vector search, and business rules is essential.
Candidates must have the ability to instrument AI experiences for testing, reporting, and optimization.
Basic coding skills in Python and the ability to interact with simple APIs are required.
